K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.) The Writ Appeal has been filed against the order dated 28.07.2015 made in W.P.No.28801 of 2011 by a learned Single Judge.

The said Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order of the State Transport Appellate Tribunal, Chennai made in M.V. Appeal No.127/1979 dated 27.4.2009 and to quash the same. The Writ Petition filed by the appellant herein in W.P.No.15264/2009 and the Writ Petition filed by the 3rd respondent herein in W.P.No.28801/2011 were disposed of by the learned Single Judge by a Common Order dated 28.07.2015. Aggrieved over the same, the Writ Petitioner in W.P.No.15264/2009 is before this Court with this Writ Appeal. 3.
The matter is listed today under the caption, ''for admission''.

When the matter is called, the learned Counsel appearing for the appellant as well as the learned Counsel for the 2nd respondent represented that the Writ Appeal in W.A.No.1144/2016 which was filed against the order passed in W.P.No.15264/2009 was dismissed by a Division Bench of this Court by judgment dated 03.08.2018 and the direction issued in the Common Order in respect of W.P.No.28801/2011 was implemented by the first respondent. The learned Counsel appearing for the appellant has also produced a copy of that judgment before this Court.

In the light of the above, the Writ Appeal is dismissed as having become infructuous.
No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
