This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 3 to provide adequate police protection to the 2nd respondent and his men and agents during measuring and demarcating Survey No.353/3, Bailnadu Village, Kollihills Taluk, 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for respondents 1 to 3.
3.Learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents 1 to 3 submitted that on the representation of the petitioner, no current paper or CSR has been assigned till date and a decision will be taken on the petitioner's representation dated 29.09.2023 at the earliest.
4.In view of the submission made by learned Government Advocate, this 2/4
petition is disposed of directing the respondents 1 to 3 to take a decision on the petitioner's representation dated 29.09.2023 within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
