: Respondent Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to pass an order for correcting the cause title in the Decreetal order dated 14th November, 2016, passed in Application No.4671 of 2016 in O.A.No.601 of 2014 so as to make it in agreement with the order dated 14th November, 2016.

This Application coming on this day before this court for hearing, the court made the following order:

This application has been filed by the applicant seeking an order for correction of the cause title in the decreetal order dated 14.11.2016, passed in Appl.No.4671 of 2016 in O.A.No.601 of 2014.

2. Heard the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side.

3. The application seeking amendment in the cause title is ordered. Registry is directed to make necessary amendments in the cause title.

4. Further, the learned counsel for the applicant also pointed out that a mistake has crept in, in the spelling of the applicant and prays for correction of the same.

5. The Registry is also directed to correct the spelling of the name of the applicant by deleting the letter 'h' in the word 'Chaithanya' such that it reads as 'Chaitanya' and issue fresh order copy.
