This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that she shall report before the respondent Police on every Tuesday and Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months in Crl.O.P.No.1777 of 2023 by order dated 30.01.2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
