Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.01.2024 and pay to the petitioner the amount of Rs.74,90,800/- (Rupees Seventy Four Lakhs Ninety Thousand and Eight Hundred) along with interest @ 12% p.a., from 25.11.2021 till date of realization towards the RTPCR tests done by the petitioner's firm "Suriyaa Diagnostics" between 01.11.2021 to 25.11.2021 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.01.2024 and to pay the petitioner a sum of Rs.74,90,800/- (Rupees Seventy Four Lakhs Ninety Thousand and Eight Hundred Only) along with interest @ 12% p.a., from 25.11.2021 to till the date of realization towards the RTPCR tests done by the petitioner's firm "Suriyaa Diagnostics" between 01.11.2021 to 25.11.2021 within a time frame as fixed by this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is the sole proprietor of Suriyaa Diagnostics, which is an accredited and approved diagnostic and Covid-19 testing centre by the National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories and the Indian Council of Medical Research. He submitted that the petitioner had conducted lakhs of successful RTPCT tests in several districts of Tamil Nadu. He further submitted that the Government has to pay a sum of Rs.74,90,800/- towards the tests conducted by them between 01.11.2021 to 25.11.2021 and in regard to the same, the petitioner has made several representations but all her efforts went in vain. He added that thereafter finally, the petitioner has sent a representation dated 29.01.2024 to the respondents, however, no response and hence, the present Writ Petition.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the fourth respondent herein to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.01.2024 and to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no costs.
