Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed along with the petition, the delay of 496 days in filing the appeal is condoned.

It is made clear that petitioner is not entitled to claim interest for the delay period of 496 days on the enhanced award amount, in case of his success in the appeal.
