PRAYER: Second Appeal is filed under Section 100 of CPC praying to set aside the Decree and Judgment dated 25.03.2013 dismissing A.S.No.10 of 2012 by the learned Subordinate Judge at Madurantakkam, Kanchipuram District, confirming the Decree and Judgment dated 21.12.2010 party dismissing O.S.No.248 of 2008 by the Learned District Munsif Judge, Maduranthakkam, Kanchipuram District, and decree the above suit in O.S.No.248 of 2008 in entirety by allowing the Second Appeal.

For Appellants : Mr. N. Nagu Sah For Respondents : Mr. P. Selvaraj Judgment The parties who were referred to Mediation Center for compromising the disputes, have filed a Joint Memorandum of Compromise in the above Appeal, the same is taken on record. The Second Appeal is disposed of on the basis of the Joint Memorandum of Compromise, which shall form part of the decree. No costs.
