Respondent PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India against the fair and decreetal order passed in I.A.No.697 of 2014 in O.S.No.138 of 2007 on the file of the Subordinate Judge's Court, Poonamallee dated 01.09.2014.

For Petitioner :

Mr.M.Chidambaram

O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition is directed against the order dated 01.09.2014 passed in I.A.No.697 of 2014 in O.S.No.138 of 2007 by the Subordinate Judge, Poonamallee.

2.The Plaintiffs in O.S.No.138 of 2007 on the file of the Sub Court, Poonamallee are the petitioners in this Civil Revision petition. The petitioners had instituted the suit against the respondents for partition claiming each 1/8th share in the suit property and for separate possession. 3.The 17th Defendant/respondent herein filed an application in I.A.No.697 of 2014 seeking condonation of the delay for marking documents. The Trial Court having observed that the plaintiffs are at liberty to raise objections at the time of marking the same and mere receipt of documents does not mean that the same have been admitted in evidence, allowed the application on 01.09.2014. Aggrieved by the order, the present Civil Revision Petition is filed. 4.Heard, Mr.M.Chidambaram, learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the materials available on record. 5.As rightly observed by the Trial Court, the petitioners are at liberty to raise their objections at the time of marking the documents. I do not find any infirmity or material irregularity in the order impugned in this Civil Revision Petition.

6.In the result, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. The Trial Court shall dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible, preferably on or before 30.06.2015. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
