ORDER
This writ petition has been filed by Mr.D.Balakrishnan under Article 226 of the Constitution of India claiming to be the owner of the land to an extent of 6 cents in S.No.631/3, 20 cents in S.No.629/5 and 6 cents in S.No.629/3C, totalling an extent of 32 cents in Mazhaiyur Village, Arcot Taluk, Vellore District. Since he has purchased the abovesaid land from one Dilshad under a registered sale deed dated 30.10.2015 bearing Document No.3820 of 2015 on the file of the Sub Registrar, Arakkonam, he has approached the second respondent for measuring and fixing the boundary stones after paying the Government fees of Rs.800/-. The petitioner again approached the second respondent on 21.8.2018 for surveying his land by paying the Government fees of Rs.960/-. But there was no response. Therefore, a representation has been given on 17.9.2018 followed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
by a legal notice on 21.1.2019 requesting the first respondent for surveying his land and fixing the boundary stones. As the respondents have not acted upon the same, he has been advised to come to this Court.
2. The learned Government Advocate for the respondents, sought sufficient time to consider the petitioner's representation.

Since the petitioner claims to be the owner of the land in question on the basis of the sale deed dated 30.10.2015 and has given a representation along with the fee of Rs.800/- on 5.8.2016 and also another payment of Rs.960/- on 21.8.2018 for measuring and fixing the boundary stones, this Court hereby directs the second respondent-Tahsildar, Arcot Taluk to consider the representation of the petitioner by directing the land surveyor working under his jurisdiction to measure and fix the boundary stones in respect of the petitioner's land, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
