ORDER

Criminal Original Petition is filed to comply the condition that the petitioners shall appear before Chennai Metropolitan Courts instead of Thiruvallur Judicial Magistrate - I, the Anticipatory bail granted by the Principal Judge, Chennai in Crl.MP.No.14231/2017 in Cr.No.1131/2017 pending on the file of the respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. There is no reasoning given for which purpose the petitioners have been directed to stay at Thiruvallur and report before the Judicial Magistrate No.1.

4. In my view, in the absence of such reasoning, it would be appropriate that the petitioners be directed to appear before the respondent police.

5. Accordingly, the order passed in clause (iii) in Crl.MP.No.14231/2017 in Cr.No.1131/2017 dated 20.09.2017 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police for a period of fifteen days at 5.00 p.m., and thereafter as and when required . All the other conditions imposed in the Anticipatory Bail Order dated 20.09.2017 in Crl.MP.No.14231/2017 shall stand intact. With the above observations, the Criminal Original Petition is modified.
