(CR.NO. 670 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition imposed that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on every Tuesday and Saturday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl OP No.45 of 2022 order dated 12.01.2022 and thus render justice.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.W.CAMYLES GANDHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.45 of 2022 dated 12.01.2022.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the investigation substantially completed and the petitioners had been complying the condition by reporting before the respondent police on every Tuesday and Saturday at 10.30 a.m. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. Recording the same, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.45 of 2022 dated 12.01.2022 is relaxed and the petition is ordered accordingly. The petitioners shall report before the Investigating Officer on the 1st & 15th of every English calender month until filing of the final report instead of every Tuesday and Saturday at 10.30 a.m.
