This Application has been filed for a direction to the learned AG&OT to grant a separate agreement for the applicants with equally distributed extent for both the tenant under the respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Administrator General and Official Trustee (AG & OT) has submitted that he has no objection for entering into a separate agreement with the applicants in respect of the respective properties.

3. In view of the No Objection given by the learned AG&OT, this Application is allowed.
