ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the order dated 16.02.2026 passed by this Court in W.P. No.4287 of 2026.

2. The petitioner is aggrieved by the survey and demarcation of boundaries conducted by the first respondent pursuant to the directions issued by this Court on 16.02.2026 passed in W.P. No.4287 of 2026.

3. As seen from the said order, the time for completion of the survey and demarcation of the boundaries given to the first respondent is twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order dated 16.02.2026. Even before the expiry of the twelve weeks period, the petitioner has filed this contempt petition. Further, it is noted from the order dated 16.02.2026 passed in W.P. No.4287 of 2026 that the interest of the petitioner is adequately protected by directing the first respondent to hear all the objections of the neighbouring land owners as well as the necessary parties before conducting the survey and demarcation of the boundaries.

4. Since the twelve weeks period granted under the impugned order dated 16.02.2026 passed in W.P. No.4287 of 2026 is yet to get over, and further, the interest of the petitioner is also protected in the said order, this Court is of the considered view that this contempt petition has been filed prematurely.
