3. It is the case of the petitioner that he made a representation dated 07.03.2023 to the respondents seeking electricity service connection to his house. However, the same was not considered. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

4. Though very many grounds have been raised, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would suffice if this Court issues a direction to the respondents to consider the representation dated 07.03.2023 made by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on the same, within the time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

5. On the above contention, this Court heard the learned Standing Counsel for respondents.

6.In view of the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the 3rd respondent to consider the representation dated 07.03.2023 made by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, after affording an 3/6

opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7. This Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. There shall be no order as to costs.
