This petition has been filed to extend the time to comply with the conditions as imposed by this Court vide order dated 13.02.20223 in Crl.O.P.No.3045 of 2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner by order dated 13.02.2023, had directed the petitioner to surrender before the Judicial Magistrate, Arni and execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two blood related sureties each for a like sum. He would further submit that the relatives of the petitioner are not ready to come and stand as sureties to the petitioner. Thereby, he was unable to surrender and execute the sureties. Hence, he seeks for modification of the condition and extension of time. 3.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Page No.1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

Vkr Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties, each for a like sum. Further, time is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, to surrender and to execute the sureties, as ordered by this Court. No further extension will be granted. All other conditions remain unaltered.
