O R D E R
Though the petitioner, who is the plaintiff in O.S.No.32 of 2009 on the file of 1st Additional District Munsif Court cum Judicial Magistrate No.1, Ulundurpet, has filed the above Civil Revision Petition challenging the fair and decreetal order passed in I.A.No.1002 of 2013 in O.S.No.32 of 2009, Mr.T.Gandhi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner would be satisfied if this court direct the trial court to dispose of the suit within a stipulated time, instead of going into the merits of the order passed in I.A.No.1002 of 2013.
2. In view of the limited prayer sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner i.e., to direct the trial court to dispose of the suit within a stipulated time, since the suit is pending from 2009, I am of the view that the Trial Court should dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible.
3. In these circumstances, while confirming th fair and decreetal order passed in I.A.No.1002 of 2013 in O.S.No.32 of 2009, I direct the 1st Additional District Munsif Court cum Judicial Magistrate No.1, Ulundurpet, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.32 of 2009 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With this observation, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No
