ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 4 to consider and dispose the representation dated 01.12.2025 and consequently to the respondents 1 to 4 to consider petitioner representation and convene the PTA General Body Meeting and conduct fresh election for the office bearers for the period 2025-2026 of PTA Association of Sir MCTM Boys Hr.Sec School as per the norms of the Tamil Nadu PTA Guidelines.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may direct the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioners

representation within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the representation will be considered and orders will be passed within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

4. Heard the learned counsel for both side and perused the materials available on record.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the limited request sought for by the petitioner, this court directs the first respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 01.12.2025 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
