Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the petitioner shall report before the respondent daily at 10.00 AM daily until further order in Crl OP No.3919/2022 in Crime No.4/2022 on the file of the respondent Police R-6 Kumaran Nagar, P.S, Chennai District pending investigation and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.KANNAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed in Crl.OP.No.3919 of 2022 dated 24.02.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police has submitted that the investigation is not yet completed, hence, the petition for relaxation is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Investigating Officer once in a week instead of daily at 10.00 a.m. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Recording the same, the conditions imposed on the petitioner to report before the Investigating Officer daily is modified to the effect that he shall report before the Investigating Officer on every Sunday at 10.30 a.m., till completion of investigation and filing final report.
