O R D E R

The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to measure the petitioner's property situated in S.F.No.590/1, Puliyampatti village Pochampalli taluk, Krishnagiri district.

2. Mr. Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondent.

3. It is the case of the petitioner that after the demise of his father, the subject property was devolved upon the petitioner and his brothers and the said property was under a joint patta. Therefore, in order to know the exact boundaries of the petitioner's land, the petitioner made a representation https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

dated 02.11.2021 to the respondent herein to measure his property. However, However, till date the same, has not been considered. Hence, the present petition has been filed seeking the aforesaid relief.

4. Though very many grounds have been raised, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, it would suffice, if this Court issues a direction to the respondent to dispose of the representation dated 02.11.2021 made by the petitioner within the time stipulated by this Court.

5. Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent has no objection to the said order being passed.

6. In view of the aforesaid submissions, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondent to consider the representation dated 02.11.2021 made by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on the same in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed with the aforesaid direction. No Costs.
