COMMON PRAYER: Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Court Act, to punish the respondents for their willful disobedience of the orders dated 12.08.2016 made in W.P.Nos.28243, 28244, 28245, 28247 and 28248 of 2016 passed by this Court. In all the Cont.Petitions:- For Petitioners :Mr.G.Sakthivel For Respondents :Mr.CSK Sathish Standing Counsel C O M M O N O R D E R The Contempt Petitions have been filed to punish the respondents for their willful disobedience of the orders dated 12.08.2016 made in W.P.Nos.28243, 28244, 28245, 28247 and 28248 of 2016 passed by this Court.

2.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the entire retirement benefits due to the petitioners herein has been settled.

3.Recording the submission of the learned Standing Counsel this Contempt Petition stands closed.

4.However, the learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that they may be given liberty to challenge the quantum of amount disbursed, in case, there is any discrepancy arise.

5.Such a liberty to challenge the quantum of amount is hereby granted to the petitioners herein.
