ORDER

The petitioner seeks bail in respect of S.C.No. 86 of 2017 on the file of the Assistant Sessions Judge, Dharapuram in Crime No.572 of 2011 pending

on the file of the respondent police.

2. The petitioner has been charged for the offences under Sections 120(B), 387 r/w 397 I.P.C. He is the 3rd accused. The petitioner was granted bail in O.P.NO. 6341 of 2019 on 15.03.2019 and he was rearrested, since he jumped bail.

3. Considering the nature of the offences and the fact that the proceedings are pending from the year 2017, I do not think that the petitioner could be enlarged on bail, since it is also stated that there are nine previous cases against the petitioner. Therefore, this bail petition is dismissed for the present.
