CRIME NO.2/2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner to stay at Chennai and report before flower bazar Police Station daily at 10.30a.m. until further orders in Crl.OP.No.3213/2021 dated 08.03.2021. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.I.PERIASWAMY, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.K.PRABAKAR, Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners vide order dated 08.03.2021, in Crl.O.P.No.3213 of 2021.

2. The petitioners have committed the offence under Section 302 IPC and the conditions were imposed by this Court only on 08.03.2021. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Since there is no change of circumstances, this Court is not inclined to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioners by order dated 08.03.2021.

4. Hence, this petition stands dismissed.
