Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S I.ABRAR MOHAMED ABDULLAH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.579 of 2022 dated 11.01.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the respondent police had completed the investigation and charge sheet filed.
