This Civil Revision Petition is filed to strike off the plaint in O.S.No.69 of 2014 pending on the file of the Sub Court, Nagapattinam. 2.Mr.S.Sounthar, learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the first respondent / plaintiff is taking steps to withdraw the suit itself

3.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
