This Civil Revision Petition is filed to strike off the plaint in O.S.No.69 of 2014 pending on the file of the Sub Court, Nagapattinam. 2.Mr.S.Sounthar, learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the first respondent / plaintiff is taking steps to withdraw the suit itself

VRC/TK and he has also filed a memo dated 26.03.2015 signed by the plaintiff to that effect.

3.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. The memo filed by the first respondent / plaintiff is recorded and the same shall form part of this order. The Sub Court, Nagapattinam, shall dismiss the suit as withdrawn. No costs.
