When the matter came up for hearing on 08.03.2022, this Court passed the following order:

" There is no representation for the appellants. It is seen from office note that the contesting respondent viz., the 1st respondent who is the plaintiff in the suit died as early as in the year 2000 itself. No steps have been taken till date to implead the legal representatives of the deceased 1st respondent.

Post this case under the caption 'For dismissal' on 15.03.2022."
