C.M.P.No.6044 of 2023 in C.M.A.SR.No.34322 of 2023 N.MALA, J., This petition is filed to condone the delay of 153 days in filing the above appeal.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the 2nd respondent is the legal representative of the deceased 1st respondent and he has filed a memo to that effect.

3. The said memo is recorded.

4. Notice to the respondents 3 & 4 is dispensed with in view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner in the petition.

5. Mr.R.Prabhakar, learned counsel takes notice for the 2nd respondent and submits that he has no objection to the delay of 153 days being condoned. N.MALA,J.
