2. Notice was ordered in this transfer petition on 13.03.2024 and the respondent has entered appearance through Mr.N.Srinivasulu.

3. Heard Mr.Amardeep for the petitioner and Mr.N.Sreenivasalu for the respondent.

4. The fact that the petitioner is working in Chennai is not disputed. Chennai and Chidambaram is separated by a couple of 100 Kms. Travelling from Chennai to Chidambaram would certainly be difficult for a 27 year old lady.

5. Taking into consideration the convenience of the wife, HMOP No.193 of 2023 is withdrawn from the file of the Subordinate Court at Chidambaram and transferred to the file of the Family Court at Chennai. The Family Court at Chennai need not insist on the appearance of the respondent for all hearings. He shall be present for all essential hearings and be represented by a counsel for all other procedural hearings. The Transfer Petition is allowed accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
