This appeal arises against the judgment of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court-II, Chennai, passed in S.C.No.473 of 2006 on 07.03.2007, convicting the appellant for offence u/s.307 IPC and sentencing him to 10 years R.I. and fine of Rs.500/- i/d 3 months S.I.
