This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the Respondent to file the final report in Crime No.2 of 2020 pending on the file of Respondent.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would submit that investigation in Crime No.2 of 2020 for the offence under Section 120B, 420 & 506 (1) of IPC is going on and the respondent will be able to complete the enquiry and file the final report within a period of four months.
