The petitioner / defendant has come before this Court for an early disposal of the suit in O.S.No.10/2010 on the file of the learned District Judge, Vellore.

2. The respondent / plaintiff has filed the suit for partition. The plaintiff and defendant are the son and father. The suit was filed in the year 2010. Written statement was filed and issues were framed and the matter was posted for Trial on 03.10.2013.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned counsel for the respondent would submit that he would get instruction from his client. As of today, the status of the suit is not known.
