W.M.P.No.7363 of 2024 in W.P.No.6472 of 2022 M.S.RAMESH, J., and SUNDER MOHAN, J., Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the Jail Authorities are in process of constituting a medical team to assess the disability of the life prisoner.

2. Since the interim leave granted on 11.12.2023 expires today, there shall be an extension of the leave for a period of three (3) months commencing from 12.03.2024, and this Writ Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered accordingly.

3.List the Writ Petition on 10.06.2024.
