This petition is filed to condone the delay of 446 days in filing the review application.

Heard Mr.P.Balathandayutham, learned Special Government Pleader for the petitioners and Mr.P.Rajendran, learned counsel for the respondents.

Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and since there are no serious objections, the delay of 446 days in filing the review application is condoned. Accordingly, the present petition stands ordered.
