Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of mandamus directing the first and second respondents to complete the process of evaluation of the proposals/bids, submitted by bidders, as sought in the petitioner's representation dated 11.04.2018 and proceed for shortlisting the Qualified Bidders and selecting the Successful/Selected Bidder in terms of Request for Proposal (RFP) dated 23rd
February 2017 for grant of licence for "exclusive advertisement rights" concession to design, develop, operate and market the advertising opportunity at entire Estate of Airport at Chennai including but not limited to Domestic as well as International Airport terminals at Chennai, within 15 days or in a time bound manner and subject to such directions as this Court may deem fit.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondent would submit that the tender notification has been withdrawn and a fresh tender has also been issued and therefore the prayer in the writ petition has become infructuous. 2.In view of the submission made by both the learned counsel, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected M.P. is closed.
