ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to issue Writ of Mandamus, directing the the 3rd Respondent to order the right of auctioning and 2/4

subsequent proceedings of the Weekly Chandai situated in Survey No.265/1, Andimadam Village, Udayarpalayam Taluk, Ariyalur District of an extent of l-10-43 in favour of the Andimadam Village Panchayat pursuant to the representation dated 27.06.2016.

2. It is the contention of the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the impugned order is sought for a limited period. On perusal of the petition, now, the limited period was over and nothing survives in this writ petition.

3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. 23.12.2022 ggs Copy to:
