Alleging the violation of the orders of this Court made in W.P.No.10858/2016 dated 15.04.2016, the present Contempt Petition has been filed.

When the matter is called, the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents by producing a copy of the Proceedings of the 2nd respondent dated 08.12.2017 submitted that the order of this Court made in W.P.No.10858/2016 dated 15.04.2016 has been complied with. A copy of the same has also been served on the learned Counsel for the petitioner.
