ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehend arrest for the alleged offence under Section 420 of I.P.C., in Crime No.57 of 2022, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. This is the 2nd anticipatory bail petition, wherein, the petitioner who has absconded for the alleged offence for taking the car of the defacto complainant under the pretext to renting it, had altered the number plate of car from Yellow Board to White Board and failed to return the vehicle to the defacto complainant. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. This Court, on considering the gravity of offence and abscondance of the persons accused, earlier dismissed the anticipatory bail. Again, the petitioner has come before this Court for anticipatory bail. However, this Court is of the view that there is no change in circumstances. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
