O R D E R

The appellant and 2nd, 4th and 5th respondents are present along with their respective counsels and they filed a Memo of Compromise.

2. As per the Memo of Compromise, the matter has been settled between the parties.

3. This Court has also perused the Memo of Compromise. The matter is amicably settled between the parties. Therefore, the appellant himself does not want to proceed with the matter further.

4. Recording the said Memo of Compromise, this Second Appeal is disposed of in terms of the "Memo of Compromise". As far as the 6th to 9th respondents who are the subsequent purchaser are concerned, the Memo of Compromise will not bind upon them, since already they purchased the property long back i.e.., prior to the suit.
