The present Miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 31 days in filing the above Criminal Revision against the order of conviction dated 31.10.2022 passed by the learned Additional District Judge, Mayiladuthurai in C.A.No.25 of 2015.

2. Though the names of the respondents are printed in cause list, no one appeared on behalf of the respondents.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the main case for admission.
