By order dated 10.04.2023, recording the submissions made by the parties, this Court had directed the matter to be referred to Mediation and Conciliation Center, High Court, Chennai. Pursuant to the same, a report 1/3

had been received from the Mediation and Conciliation Center indicating that the dispute between the parties in this petition has been resolved. The terms of the settlement had also been enclosed which had been signed by the respective parties to the petition. The same is taken on record and this Original Petition is disposed of by terms of the settlement Agreement arrived at between the parties on 24.04.2023 before the Mediation and Conciliation Center.
