O R D E R

The petitioner has filed the Writ Petition praying to issue a WRIT OF MANDAMUS, directing the first respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 16.01.2019.

2.By consent of both the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner made an allegation against the second respondent by mis-using his powers granting tenders to influential persons without following the proper procedure or rule and awarding the contracts. Therefore, the petitioner made a representation dated 16.01.2019 to the first respondent, who is an authority to initiate action against the second respondent. So far, no order has been passed by the first respondent. Hence, the present writ petition is filed before this Court to consider the said representation.

4.In view of the above, the petitioner has to enclose a copy of the representation dated 16.01.2019, along with the necessary documents and the order copy of this Court to the first respondent. On receipt of the said representation, the first respondent is directed to consider the same, on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
