Mr.R.Prabakar, learned counsel for petitioner submits that the reasons are articulated in paragraph 6 of the affidavit filed in support of captioned petition and a perusal of the same and submissions of learned counsel brings to light that removal of objections was impeded by Covid-19 situation as the same has impacted the counsel.

3. Owing to the reason given, this Court, having perused the affidavit, the other averments therein, having heard learned counsel for petitioner, being satisfied that COD prayer deserves to be acceded to, considers it appropriate to allow captioned CMP.
