This petition has been filed seeking to fix an earlier date for hearing A.S.No.209 of 2017.

2.The 1st respondent in the Appeal has filed the present petition. She was the plaintiff in O.S.No.2094 of 2013. The suit had been filed for partition and separate possession. By a judgment dated 18.04.2015, the XV Additional Judge, City Civil Court Chennai, had granted a preliminary decree of partition. The appellant is the 4th defendant in the suit.

3.List the appeal for final hearing on 20.04.2022. The date is fixed for hearing of the Appeal on 20.04.2022, primarily, because of the fact that the petitioner / 1st respondent in the Appeal has been suffering from cancer and also the medical records to that effect have been produced along with the petition. Hence, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
