(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The case of the petitioner is that he has preferred representations dated 29.9.2015 and 25.2.2016 to respondents 1 and 2, i.e., the Commissioner, Coimbatore Corporation, Coimbatore; and the Member Secretary, Local Planning Authority, Tatabad, Coimbatore-641 012, respectively, and the said representations have not been considered till date.

2. The learned counsel appearing for respondents 1 and 2 state that the said representations, if pending, shall be disposed of within a period of six weeks in accordance with law. The said statement is recorded.

In view of the statement made by the learned counsel appearing for respondents 1 and 2, no further directions are necessary. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
