This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to Family Court, Thiruvannamalai, to dispose the petition for divorce in FCOP.No.12 of 2022 within a time frame.

2. In view of the limited prayer made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to dispose of the same, even without notice to the respondent. A perusal of e-Court adjudication status filed in typed set of papers would suggest the main Original Petition was posted for enquiry as early as 26.06.2023 and the same has been pending in part-heard stage.

3. In view of the fact that the main original petition is of the year 2023 and the same is at part-heard stage, this Court is inclined to direct the Family Court, Thiruvannamalai and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible.

4. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
