O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed directing the respondents particularly the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.11.2020 and to give a Police Protection for life and liberty to him.

2.Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent Nos.1 and 2. 3.The petitioner had lodged a complaint on 28.11.2020, seeking police protection for herself and her children and also for the property. It is seen from the records that the petitioner had filed a suit in O.S.No.69 of 2019 in which she had filed an I.A.No.420 of 2019 and the Sub Court, Gingee vide https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

order dated 22.03.2019 had passed an injunction order restraining the respondent Mahalingam and his men not to interfere with the peaceful possession of the property. In view of the same, the petitioner has to approach the Civil Court, if any infringement is found in the above said order. 4.In view of the same no specific order is required and this Writ Petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
