ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 294(b), 323, 324, 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.114 of 2022 seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The petitioner herein is alleged to have attacked the defacto complainant with koduva causing cut injury on his face.

3. The Accident Register indicates that apart from the nose bone cut injury, the defacto complainant has sustained lacerated wound on his fore head and on his parietal region and tenderness in the left wrist. The petitioner was admitted in the Thirukoilur Government Hospital and later he was referred to Government Villupuram Medical College and Hospital for further treatment, wherein he was treated till 03.03.20222 and the Doctor observed that the injuries sustained by the defacto complainant is serious in nature. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the injuries sustained by the defacto complainant is grievous in nature and the petitioner is still absconding, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
