The plaintiffs in O.S.No.527 of 2012 on the file of the I Additional Subordinate Judge, Salem have filed the above Civil Revision Petition to direct the learned I Additional Subordinate Judge, Salem, to dispose of the same within a stipulated period.

The plaintiffs filed the suit in O.S.No.527 of 2012 in the year 2012 for Specific Performance.

The learned Counsel for the petitioners submitted that the plaintiffs

filed the said suit in the year 2012 itself and that the matter is posted for crossexamination of P.W.1. Further, he submitted that in view of the long pendency of the suit, the plaintiffs are put to hardship. 4.

Though notices were duly served on the respondents and their names are printed in the Cause List, none appears for the respondents. 5.

Having regard to the submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioners and taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the Civil Revision Petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the matter, I direct the learned I Additional Subordinate Judge, Salem, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.527 of 2012 on merits and in accordance with law, within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. 6.

With this observation, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
