This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the complaint dated 26.02.2022 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the FIR has been registered in Crime No.234 of 2022 for the offences under Sections 147, 145, 447, 294(b), 427, 323 and 506(ii) of IPC.
