JUDGMENT

This petition has been filed by the petitioner praying this Court to punish the respondent for wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P. No.27481 of 2022 dated 03.02.2023.

2. This Court vide order dated 03.02.2023 in W.P. No.27481 of 2022 had directed the respondents to supply petroleum and diesel diesel products to the petitioner on or before 04.02.2023 since the petitioner had already suffered 7 days of punishment pursuant to the order of suspension issued by the respondents. Failing compliance of the order passed by this Court, had resulted in filing of the present contempt petition.

3. It is the submission of the learned Counsel for the Petitioner that he had paid the amount due for the petroleum and diesel products. However, the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents corporation submits that if the requisite payment is made, petroleum and diesel products will be supplied to the petitioner immediately.

4. In view of the stand of the petitioner with regard to the payment made, the petitioner is directed to submit/upload the proof of payment for the due products to the respondents within a period of two days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the same, respondents are directed to supply the petroleum and diesel products to the petitioner periodically till the disposal of the Writ Appeal No.452 of 2023.

5. This Contempt Petition stands closed with the above direction. There shall be no order as to costs.
