ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.MANIKUMAR, J) Petitioner has sought for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Chairman, Telecom Regulatory Authority of India, New Delhi/the second respondent herein, to take action against AIRCEL Limited, Mumbai/the third respondent herein, and to restore all services including the mobile number portability and safeguard of the Aircel numbers in use at the earliest possible time.

2. Mr.M.Yazar Arafath, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Placing on record the above, instant writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
